We are here at the Mondo Marvel panel for our first Live blog from San Diego Comic-Con 2010! In attendance today are Jeph Loeb, Brian Michael Bendis, Marvel’s Talent Liaison C.B. Cebulski, Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning, Jim McCann and Senior Editor Mark Paniccia. Hit the jump for full coverage!
CB is here talking about some new announcements. First up is the previously announced Loki mini.
2 new Cap mini, 1 new on-going and the other one is an all ages book.
Mark Waid is writing Captain America: Man Out of Time – will be year one type story.
Ultimate Thor – Hickman and Pacheco. We knew about this already
Ultimate Doom – the final part of Bendis Ultimate epic he was planning.
Marvel Strange Tales will return.
Iron Man and Thor – written by DnA. The Cosmic writers will come to Earth in this mini series.
New Teaser image of Nova with the subtitle – The Man Without Fear – interesting.
In January will have Power Man and Iron Fist mini series written by Fred Van Lente
Rocket Raccoon and Groot – mini series: (Blogger’s note: HOLY!!) Mike Mingola will do the first cover.
And now we have Q and A time.
We will probably see the story of Nowhere in Guardians of the Galaxy at some point along with a origin story for Cosmo.
There is a big plan for Iron Fist, he hasn’t been forgotten.
Bendis teases the possibility of the return of Killraven. I’m guessing this may be a joke.
Nextwave – door is open for more if Warren wants to come back to it.
What’s going on with Spider-Girl? May Parker’s story is done for now.

Marvel will be showing the pilot on Friday for Iron Man: Anime on Friday night at 8:15. Based on designs from Warren Ellis.
Is DC’s animation pressuring Marvel to do better? Loeb says to come to the Marvel Animation panel this week.
Marvel is making Superman: Grounded jokes.
Another Marvel vs DC book? Loeb: happens on the Internet every day. C.B. says yes, and asks the fan to ask the same question at DC and see what they say.
Marvel wants to make sure they make a quality TV series and take their time with it.
All the writers are respectful to each other and their characters and that reflects in their comics.
Want those last four issues of The Twelve? Ask JMS, not Marvel.
On choosing where to place various Avengers after Siege, they all got together and put together wish lists. ‘It’s like choosing people for a baseball team’ said Bendis
