Marvel has released a brand new trailer and poster for the July 22 release of Captain America: The First Avenger. Directed by Joe Johnston, starring Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci, Dominic Cooper, Hayley Atwell, Sebastian Stan and Samuel L. On the heels of an Entertainment Tonight spot later on today, Marvel has released a new image from Captain America: The First Avenger. Found by Comic Book Resources’ Spinoff Online, Marvel placed this new image in the solicits for Fred Van Lente and Luke Ross‘ Captain America: First Vengeance, which serves as the official prequel to the movie. We’ve included the full image and solicatation information after the jump.

Entertainment Weekly dropped this exclusive image of Red Skull, the main baddy in the upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger movie.  Although we’ve seen a small glimpse of actor Hugo Weaving as the red head in the latest ‘Cap’ trailer, this is the first time we’ve received a full look at the villain.
