New ‘Thor’ Posters Show Brothers Facing Off

Marvel has released two new character posters for the upcoming release of Thor. The posters show a helmet-clad Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki (Tom Hiddleston) staring each other down, presumably hinting towards a showdown between the two brothers. We’ve combined the two posters into one image which you can view above or hit the jump for the individual one sheets.

Thor is directed by Kenneth Branagh and stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Kat Dennings, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Ray Stevenson, Clark Gregg, Tom Hiddleston, Jamie Alexander, and Colm Feore. The movie is set for a 3D release on May 6, 2011.

New ‘X-Men’ Character Posters, Photo

20th Century Fox has released two new character posters from the upcoming release of X-Men: First Class. The posters feature James McAvoy as Charles and Michael Fassbender as Erik. Also, Empire has an exclusive photo which sees Sebastian Shaw (Kevin Bacon) and Emma Frost (January Jones) in a very blue room, presumably planning their next move.

X-Men: First Class is directed by Matthew Vaughn and is set for a June 3, 2011 release and continues to peak my interest with every new detail that’s released. We’ve placed all the images after the break.

Warner Brothers release 4 teaser posters today for the upcoming ‘Green Lantern’ movie due out next year. Within these posters, we have our first looks at both Sinestro and Hector Hammond along with Hal Jordan and Carol Ferris. I took the liberty of combining the posters together to form the Lantern logos. Check them out below!
